In addition to joining our team as teachers, they will be assisting with Social Media for our studio. You are bound to catch them in the halls and in the studios capturing all the awesome moments that are coming our way this year!
“Their Musical Theater classes will be jam packed with combinations inspired by various Broadway Musicals and Hollywood era blockbusters, focused on the styles and technique from legendary dancers and choreographers including, Fosse, Ann Reinking, Gene Kelly, Jerome Robbins, Sutton Foster, the Rockettes and so many more.
Val - Growing up my favorite dances were always the ones that were packed with emotion and expression. Nothing was ever just a dance to me, everything always had a backstory, or a message to tell, or simply forced the audience to smile! I have also been a diehard Rockettes fan from day one. Their precision dancing gives me CHILLS and their facials and overall performance level was everything I wanted to be. Between The Rockettes and others such as Michael Minery & Laurie Johnson, tap was #1.
Isaac - I was so fortunate to have fantastic dance teachers growing up, each and every one of them had a positive impact on my journey; I don’t think I have ever met a dance teacher I didn’t like! At a young age I was introduced to all the great “Triple Threats” and strived to absorb every aspect from them that I could. If you haven’t seen it, go watch the documentary “That’s Dancing” and there you will find what has inspired me to keep dancing always.”
